Q: What is the age range for Totspod rentals?
A: Our setups are thoughtfully designed for toddlers and young children. Our “Play Pod” includes larger inflatables suitable for older kids (with adult supervision).
Q: How much space do I need?
A: Each Pod has different footprint requirements (Mini Pods start at 8×8). You can find the specific dimensions for each setup on our Packages Page. We recommend leaving an extra 1-2 feet around the perimeter for easy access.
Q: How long does setup and takedown take?
A: Setup typically takes 45–90 minutes, and takedown is usually faster. We handle everything so you don’t have to lift a finger.

Q: Are your setups suitable for weddings and events?
A: Definitely. Our neutral-toned soft play and white bouncy castles are a favorite for weddings, anniversaries, and baby showers. They provide a beautiful, cohesive look that keeps children entertained while the adults enjoy the event.

Q: Can you set up indoors and outdoors?
A: Absolutely. We can transform your living room, basement, or backyard into a play paradise. Please note that for outdoor setups, we require a flat, level surface and a “Plan B” indoor location in case of rain or high winds.
Q: Is setup and takedown included?
A: Absolutely. We handle the entire process; delivery, setup, and takedown, so you can enjoy a stress-free event.
Q: Can I customize my rental?
A: Yes! We love matching your party theme. You can choose your ball pit colors, add custom vinyl decals, or opt for our professionally styled balloon installations to make your Pod truly unique.
Q: Why is delivery charged separately?
A: To keep our base rental rates low and fair, we use transparent, location-based delivery pricing rather than inflating package costs for everyone. Your exact delivery fee is calculated based on your event address and will be automatically added to your final quote/invoice.
