Q: What ages Totspod rentals suitable for?
A: Our setups are thoughtfully designed for toddlers and young children. Recommended ages can vary depending on the equipment and package you choose. Our “Play Pod” includes larger inflatables suitable for older kids (with adult supervision).
Q: How much space do I need?
A: Space requirements depend on the package you choose. Before booking, make sure there is enough clear, accessible space for the selected setup. We can help you determine whether a particular package will work for your space.

Q: How long does setup and takedown take?
A: Setup typically takes 45–90 minutes, and takedown is usually faster. We handle everything so you don’t have to lift a finger.
Q: Can I book Totspod for a first birthday?
A: Absolutely. Our soft play and ball pit setups are especially popular for first birthdays and toddler celebrations.

A: What’s included depends on the package you choose. Our setups can include soft play climbers, slides, blocks, tunnels, ball pits, mats and other play pieces.

Q: Can you set up indoors and outdoors?
A: Absolutely. We can transform your living room, basement, or backyard into a play paradise. Please note that for outdoor setups, we require a flat, level surface and a “Plan B” indoor location in case of rain or high winds.
Q: Do you deliver and set everything up?
A: Yes. Totspod is a mobile rental service. We deliver your equipment to your home or event venue, set everything up, and return for takedown after your event.
Q: Can I customize my Totspod rental?
A: Yes! Depending on the package, you can customize elements such as colours, ball pit balls and add-ons. If you have a specific birthday theme or vision in mind, let us know when you inquire.
Q: Why is delivery charged separately?
A: To keep our base rental rates low and fair, we use transparent, location-based delivery pricing rather than inflating package costs for everyone. Your exact delivery fee is calculated based on your event address and will be automatically added to your final quote/invoice.
Q: Do you offer bouncy castles?
A: Yes! Totspod offers bouncy castle rentals, including our all-white bouncy castle.
Our bouncy castles can be rented on their own or combined with soft play and ball pit setups, depending on the package.
